Athlete and coach reviewing progress data on a tablet at the Co of Manchester front desk

Why our membership tiers are structured this way

Co of Manchester keeps three membership tiers because different people need different degrees of coaching contact — not because we're trying to upsell you. The Foundation tier gets you into all group classes with full coach oversight and program tracking. The Coached tier adds a monthly one-on-one programming review so your coach can adjust loads, swap movements, and set your 12-week targets in person. The Elite tier is for athletes who want unlimited personal-training sessions layered on top of group work — competitors, people coming back from injury, or anyone who simply wants the maximum coaching hours available. Every tier includes the intake assessment, the shared progress platform, and access to our 6,800 sq ft Phoenix facility.

What's included at every membership level

Movement Screen

Before your first session at any tier, a coach runs you through our 45-minute baseline assessment. This is non-negotiable — it's how we keep you healthy and how we know what to program for you.

Shared Progress Dashboard

Every lift, conditioning score, and body-composition marker logged by your coach goes into a shared dashboard you can access anytime. No guessing whether you're improving — the data is right there.

Flexible Class Times

Morning slots from 5:30 AM, evening access until 8:00 PM weekdays, and Saturday morning sessions from 7:00 AM. Reserve through the app with up to 7 days' advance booking.

Credentialed Coaches Only

No coaching assistants, no interns running classes unsupervised. Every session is led by a coach holding at minimum an NSCA or CF-L2 certification — that standard applies regardless of which tier you're on.

Membership questions, answered directly

Do I need prior gym experience to join?

No. The intake assessment exists precisely to calibrate your starting point regardless of experience. Coaches have onboarded complete beginners and former collegiate athletes on the same week and programmed them appropriately. What matters is that you show up consistently — the coach handles the rest.

Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes. Members can freeze for up to 60 days per calendar year with five business days' notice — useful for travel, medical situations, or planned downtime. Freezes are processed at no charge. Extensions beyond 60 days are reviewed case by case.

What happens if I want to change tiers?

Tier changes take effect on your next billing cycle. You can upgrade or downgrade through the member app or by emailing info@logicyard.cc. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference — you won't pay double.

Is there a joining fee?

There is a one-time $49 onboarding fee covering your intake movement screen, initial programming setup, and app account activation. This is waived during our new-member open weeks, which we run twice a year — check the announcements board in the app for the next window.

How do personal training sessions work on the Elite tier?

On Elite, you schedule personal-training hours directly with your assigned coach via the app. Sessions are 60 minutes, held during designated PT windows (weekday mornings and select evenings). There is no hard cap on sessions per month, but coaches block their PT calendars by demand — book at least 48 hours ahead to secure preferred slots.

I started on the Foundation tier just to test the waters. Six months later I moved to Coached when I realized how much value there was in having my 12-week cycle written specifically for my shoulder limitation. My overhead press went from 95 lbs to 145 lbs inside one cycle. The programming review session each month is worth the price difference alone.
